Polyester screen printing fabric for use with most screen printing applications. SEFAR® PET 1000 specifications are only available in white fabrics.

Enhanced polyester screen printing fabric with a surface treatment that improves stencil adhesion and mesh wettability. SEFAR® PET 1500 is a very versatile mesh that can be used in most screen printing applications. SEFAR® PET 1500 is available in multiple specifications, in both yellow and white.

SEFAR® PET 1500 OSC screen printing fabric has been mechanically calendareeed or “flattened” on one side to help reduce ink deposit. This mesh is available in a limited number of specifications ranging from 355-34 PW to 460-31 TW (available in yellow only).

SEFAR® LFM is the latest in mesh technology from Sefar. Engineered for the requirements of the large format screen printer, SEFAR® LFM has an improved, stronger thread, and larger mesh openings for improved ink flow. SEFAR® LFM is available in both white and yellow, in 355-32 PW and 380-32 PW mesh specifications.

SEFAR® e'Mesh was developed by Sefar to provide a mesh that meets the requirements of the textile printer. The product line is available in both white and yellow, in specifications most common for the T-shirt printer: 83-100 PW to 305-40 PW.

SEFAR® PA 1000 (Nitex) is a polyamide (nylon) screen printing mesh developed to be used with specialty applications that require the mesh to have high elastic properties (3D objects) and very good abrasion resistance (ceramic inks). SEFAR® PA 1000 is available in both white and yellow in multiple mesh specifications.

The industrially manufactured, sectionally pre-coated mesh for screen printing on compact discs and DVD. PCF guarantees superior process reliability thanks to industrially applied emulsion with a tolerance of +/- 1 micron and an optimal Rz value. The result is a perfect stencil.

SEFAR® PCF FC is a mesh that is fully coated with emulsion using Sefar's industrial coating process. The mesh is completely coated for use with multiple screen sizes, has extreme screen-to-screen consistency, and delivers a very low EOM and Rz combination for optimum image reproducibility. SEFAR® PCF FC improves production efficiency by removing the labor and time intensive processes of mesh degreasing, drying, coating and block-out. When purchased as a stretched screen, SEFAR® PCF FC provides a significant process improvement in your shop—just open the box and expose!

Specially designed for screen printing high-end products requiring extremely consistent fabric tolerances. Achieve high resolution, accuracy of registration, controlled ink/paste deposit, and long print runs. An inspection report is included with each roll. Available from 80 to 400 mesh counts.
